Wondering how you’re going to entertain your kids during their winter break? Little Boss Production is throwing a kids themed party at the Pip Moyer Recreation Center’s Auxiliary Gym. There’s plenty of music, games and food for young kids and they’re doing it all for a good cause! At this event they’re collecting hats, coats and winter supplies for the homeless in our community and selling framed photos of your little ones at the party to raise money for struggling local families. This is a great way for your kids to let off some extra energy right before the holidays and teach them a valuable lesson about giving back to their community.
College Park Aviation Museum

Is your little one into all things transportation? Stop by the Holiday Planes and Trains exhibit at the College Park Aviation Museum. Your kids can explore tons of miniature towns and cities decorated with holiday flare, complete with moving trains. The kids will absolutely love watching the trains weave through the little towns, in tunnels and across bridges. The museum has a ton of other interactive exhibits for your little ones to see and it is always a highly anticipated stop on our list during the holidays.

Grab your ugliest sweaters, make your famous dessert or side dish and come down to Crofton’s biggest ugly sweater celebration. They have tons of games, dancing, music, karaoke, a hot chocolate bar, photo booths and more. Make sure you take the time to deck out your family in their tackiest and most festive ensemble to win big prizes. They’re also collecting new hats, scarves and gloves for the Annapolis Garden Rec Center’s drive for the homeless. This is a fun and family friendly outing for the kids to let loose and have some Christmas themed fun right before the holidays.
