It has been the greatest joy of my career to work with new families to ensure that they have the best possible start and can reach their maximum potential as a family unit. My role as a postpartum doula is to be a trustworthy companion to parents, helping them identify their baby’s needs, and identifying tailored, nurturing solutions to meet those needs.
I bring 19 years of early childhood experience to my work as a doula. As an early childhood educator, I managed a classroom of six infants. During my time as a preschool teacher, I met and worked with so many families finding their way, and became increasingly passionate about providing more direct support to these new families.
I am honored to bring my years of experience to the families I now serve as a doula. I consider myself a partner and mentor to new parents, helping them find the tools and techniques to make their first days and weeks with their new baby as comfortable as possible. I am Montessori certified, trained in Lactation, and also carry CPR and First Aid Certification, allowing me to provide a safe, nurturing environment for babies under my care.
